Charles Schwab is the administrator for the 401(k) Retirement Plan. You will have access by the end of your second week after your start date. Enrollment instructions will be sent after your first paycheck. If you do not make an election within 45 days after your start date, you will automatically be enrolled with a 6% contribution. You can make changes to your contributions at any time via their website.
